§ 2-882. Quorum; rules; qualifications.

(a)

Any member may be removed by the Village President for failure to attend three consecutive meetings of the commission.

(b)

Three regular members of the commission shall constitute a quorum, and any action or recommendation shall require the affirmative vote of at least three members.

(c)

The commission may adopt rules of order and procedures for the conduct of business.
