§ 2-1090. Creation; composition; terms of office.

(a)

There is hereby created an Emergency Telephone System Board.

(b)

The Emergency Telephone System Board shall consist of seven members, who shall be the Police Chief, Fire Chief, Village Manager, Village President, and the three Trustees who are members of the standing committee on Public Safety as provided in section 2-92. The members of the Emergency Telephone System Board shall hold their offices for an indefinite term even with that of their offices as Police Chief, Fire Chief, Village Manager, Village President and Trustee, respectively.

(c)

The Village President shall be the Chairperson on the Emergency Telephone System Board.

(d)

A majority of the members of the Emergency Telephone System Board shall constitute a quorum to do business.
