§ 2-972. Goals and performance measurement.

(a)

The Environmental and Energy Commission shall submit to the Village Board Administration Committee, on or before June 30 of each year, its goals for the following fiscal year. Whenever possible, such goals shall be measurable and defined quantitatively.

(b)

The Environmental and Energy Commission shall submit a report to the Village Board Administration Committee, on or before March 1 of each year, detailing the past year's activities and accomplishments, including performance measures and an analysis of the prior year's goals and their completion.
