§ 2-1007. Funding.

(a)

The Historic Preservation Commission shall submit to the Board of Trustees an annual request for appropriations for anticipated expenditures. Expenditures in excess of the amount appropriated are subject to prior approval by the Board of Trustees.

(b)

The Historic Preservation Commission shall also submit to the Board of Trustees an annual request for the allocation, in hours, of the anticipated amount of village staff time required for the functioning of the Historic Preservation Commission. Use of staff time in excess of the amount allocated is subject to prior approval by the Village Manager or the Board of Trustees.
