§ 4-62. Penalties; payment without prosecution.

(a)

Any person who violates any of the provisions of sections 4-60 or 4-61 shall be fined not less than $75.00 or more than $750.00. Each violation of any of the provisions of these subsections shall constitute a separate offense. The fine for a second violation of any of these subsections occurring within any 12-month period shall not be less than $150.00.

(b)

Any person committing a third or subsequent violation of sections 4-60 or 4-61 within any 12-month period may be fined a minimum of $300.00.
