§ 4-120. Penalties; payment without prosecution.

(a)

Any person who violates the provisions of section 4-116 or 4-119 shall be fined not less than $75.00 or more than $750.00. The fine for a second violation of section 4-116 or 4-119 shall not be less than $150.00 or more than $750.00.

(b)

In any prosecution under this section it shall be presumed that no valid, current license exists for an animal hereunder unless at the time of the alleged offense the animal was wearing the license tag furnished by the village.
