§ 4-141. Violations; penalties; animal surrender or seizure.

(a)

Fines. Any person who violates any of the provisions of section 4-139 shall be fined not less than $75.00 or more than $750.00. Each violation of any of the provisions of section 4-139 shall constitute a separate offense. The fine for a second violation of the same subsection of section 4-139 occurring within any 12-month period shall be not less than $100.00 or more than $750.00.

(b)

The fines stated herein shall be in addition to any and all impoundment fees and costs imposed pursuant to this chapter.
