§ 4-197. Liability for all amounts due.

(a)

Payment of impoundment fees and other charges required prior to redemption shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any fine, penalty, or other fees imposed under this chapter.

(b)

In addition any right of action to recover unpaid fees, costs, or expenses provided for under this chapter, the village shall be authorized to place a lien on the property of any owner who fails to make payments as required.
