§ 6-249. Imposition of Ambulance Transportation Fee.

  • On and after March 1, 2002, any person who, as part of the provision of emergency medical services by the village, is transported in an ambulance owned by the village to a hospital for further treatment or to another location for treatment or further transportation, such as for helicopter transportation, shall be obligated to pay to the village an Ambulance Transportation Fee for said service.
