§ 6-251. Collection of Ambulance Transportation Fee.

The Ambulance Transportation Fee shall be considered a debt due and owing to the village at the time the service is provided by the village, and shall be collected by the Finance Director in the same manner as other debts due and owing to the village. In conformance with village contract and purchasing approval and practices as provided in chapter 2, the Finance Director may arrange for contractual services of an outside vendor for the billing and collection of this fee.
