§ 6-416. Penalties.

In addition to any interest, penalty, lien or other remedy available to the village as provided in article XVIII of this chapter, or otherwise available at law or in equity, any person who violates the provisions of this section, or who submits false information to the village concerning the vehicle fuel tax, commits an offense punishable by a fine of not less than $1,000.00 nor more than $5,000.00, for each offense.
