§ 6-483. Publication of tax ordinances.

Latest version.

Any locally imposed and administered tax ordinance shall be published at the time adopted as provided by law, and shall be codified in this Code and published therewith. The posting of a tax ordinance on the Internet shall also satisfy this secondary publication requirement. Copies of all locally administered tax ordinances shall be made available to the public upon request at the Village Clerk's office.
