§ 8-208. Information required.

(a)

No request for a Grading and Drainage Permit shall be reviewed until the following items have been submitted to the village:

(1)

Application form;

(2)

Permit fee;

(3)

If required, two copies of the proposed Site Grading Plan; and

(4)

Proof of notice to adjacent property owners.

(b)

For land-disturbing activities over one acre in area, the applicant must also obtain and satisfy the requirements of any applicable NPDES IEPA construction permit.
