§ 8-213. Permit duration.

  • (a)

    Grading and Drainage Permits shall be valid until such time as there has been inspection and approval of final grading; or up to 18 months, whichever is shorter.

    (b)

    Any request for an extension of a Grading and Drainage Permit must be submitted in writing to the Village Engineer, and must detail the reasons for said request. Upon good cause shown, the Village Engineer has the discretion to grant an extension.

    (c)

    An additional fee of $68.00 shall be paid prior to the extension of any Grading and Drainage Permit.
