§ 8-215. Assignment of permit.

A Grading and Drainage Permit issued pursuant to this section may be assigned under the following conditions:

(1)

Prior to the assignment, the permittee notifies the Village Engineer of the proposed assignment; and

(2)

The proposed assignee:

a.

Submits a new application form;

b.

Agrees to all conditions and duties imposed by the existing Grading and Drainage Permit and Site Grading Plan, including any modifications thereto; and

c.

Assumes full legal responsibility for all work performed prior to the date of the assignment.
