§ 8-266. Issuance of foundation certificate.

The Village Engineer shall be responsible for the issuance of the foundation certificate. The Village Engineer shall determine the adjacent existing grade on all properties contiguous to the property being certified, and shall approve the top of the foundation for all new structures prior to issuing a certificate.
