§ 8-325. Creation.

There is hereby created a Site Plan Review Committee consisting of the Director of Community Development, the Village Engineer, and the Fire Chief. Each member of the committee shall appoint a member of his department to act for the committee member on those occasions when the committee member is unable to attend a meeting of the committee. The committee shall adopt its own rules and regulations and shall select its Chairperson. All meetings of the committee shall be called by the Chairperson as needed. A quorum shall consist of three members of the committee (or their appointed substitute).
