§ 8-446. Violations and penalties.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, partially remove, or fail to maintain any tree protection required under this article, and further provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article, and further provisions of this chapter, shall be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not less than $150.00 and not more than $750.00 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day that an offense continues.
