§ 8-480. Inspection and permit fees.

The schedule of fees for electrical permits and inspections shall be as follows:

(1)

For the issuance of an electrical permit: $45.00.

(2)

Plus service installations of:

a.

100 amp: $34.00.

b.

200 amp: $45.00.

c.

400 amp: $62.00.

d.

Per hundred amp over 400 amps add $ 45.00.

Plus.

a.

For each ceiling outlet, side outlet, switch or receptacle, an additional $1.15.

b.

For each air conditioner condenser unit, an additional $39.00.

(4)

For each required scheduled inspection, or any reinspection deemed necessary as a result of work not performed in accordance with approved plans and/or code compliance: $39.00.

(5)

Elevator permit fees.

a.

Plan examination: $135.00.

b.

For all construction of elevators, escalators dumbwaiters, dock lifts, wheelchair lifts, and the like: $20.16 per $1,000.00 valuation.

c.

For each required scheduled inspection, or any reinspection deemed necessary as a result of work not performed in accordance with approved plans and/or code compliance: $79.00.
