§ 8-533. Energy Conservation Code.

The 2009 International Energy Conservation Code, and subsequent amendments thereto shall be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as Energy Conservation Code of the village, as if fully set forth herein, three copies of which shall be kept on file with the Village Clerk.
(1)

The term "Village of Wilmette" shall be inserted wherever the term "name of jurisdiction" appears.

(2)

Section 107.2 is hereby amended in its entirety as follows: The fees for any permit associated with any energy conservation work, as required by this Code, shall be as indicated by the Village Code of Wilmette.

(3)

Section 108.4 Insert the number "$50.00" and "$750.00" respectively where the term "AMOUNT" appears.
