§ 8-591. Permit required; application.

No person shall construct or cause to be constructed a private swimming pool with capacity of 2,500 gallons or more without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Community Development. A written application for such permit shall be filed with the Director of Community Development and shall be accompanied by plans and specifications sufficiently detailed to enable determination of compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
