§ 8-711. Security for landscape installation.

Where plans are submitted to the Director of Community of Community Development in support of the issuance of any permit, license, or authorization required by any provision of the Village Code which show any plans for landscaping required by any provision of the Village Code, the applicant seeking said permit or authorization shall submit a bond and entry authorization described in section 8-712.
