§ 8-714. Landscaping and grading prior to completion.
Latest version.
When construction work to a residential building or structure is not completed within
14 months, and the exterior work is substantially completed, the Director of Community
Development may require that the premises be properly graded and that sod be laid
by a date certain, not less than 14 days following written notice to the permittee,
provided however, that if the 14-month period would expire during a time when weather
conditions prevent sodding, the Director may extend the time required for compliance
until such time as it is reasonably practical to do so. Grading shall be done in accordance
with an approved Site Grading Plan.
