§ 8-954. 1500.0 Abrogation and greater restrictions.

(a)

1501.0 This appendix is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions.

(b)

1502.0 Where this appendix and other ordinance, easements, covenants, or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.

(c)

1503.0 This appendix is intended to and shall be deemed hereby to repeal Ordinance No. 94-O-3, adopted on or about March 8, 1994, which was adopted by the village to meet the National Flood Insurance Program regulations, but is not intended to repeal any resolution which the village has previously passed in order to establish initial eligibility for the program.
