§ 8-911. For applications under the Zoning Ordinance.

(a)

For residential administrative zoning review, including those requests made under sections 30-4.11 and 30-6.4.14 of appendix A, the Zoning Ordinance, the filing fee shall be $163.00.

(b)

The filing fee for a special use or a variation shall be $394.00. If, however, the variation is for a fence, driveway, or accessory structure other than a garage, the fee shall be $163.00.

(c)

The permit fee for a non-illuminated sign permit shall be $39.00. The permit fee for an illuminated sign permit shall be $123.00. The permit application fee for a sidewalk sign permit shall be $102.00. The filing fee for a signage variation shall be $123.00.

(d)

The application fee for a request for a temporary use in excess of five days shall be $123.00.

(e)

The application fee for an appearance review certificate shall be $123.00.

(f)

The application fee for a text amendment and for rezoning shall be $777.00.
