Article XXX. APPENDIX 9B DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS IN EDENS EXPRESSWAY NOISE IMPACT AREA |
§ 8-985. Exemptions.
Construction projects that, in the reasonable determination of the Director of Community Development, are separate from a principal residential structure or wholly contained within a principal residential structure, shall not be subject to the Edens Expressway Noise Impact Area construction requirements set forth in this article, appendix 9B. Such construction projects include, but not limited to, the construction of:
(1)
Detached garages and car ports.
(2)
Interior remodeling.
(3)
Patios.
(4)
Sidewalks.
(5)
Driveways.
(6)
Decks.
(7)
Fences.
(8)
Sheds.
(9)
Porches.
(10)
Swimming pools and spas.
(11)
Tennis and outdoor courts.
(12)
Other accessory structures as defined in the Zoning Ordinance, appendix A of this Code.
