§ 10-58. Supervision.

  • Each order of supervision shall require the defendant, as a condition of the satisfactory completion of the term, to comply with the following requirements:

    (1)

    Not to violate any criminal statute or quasi-criminal ordinance of any jurisdiction;

    (2)

    To report to and appear in person before such person or agency as may be directed by the court;

    (3)

    Mandatory attendance at remedial counseling, or similar program as directed by the court;

    (4)

    To pay the reasonable cost of the counseling referred to in subsection (3) of this section.
