§ 12-176. Labor dispute.

No labor dispute between an employer and his employees shall be deemed to exist for the purposes of section 12-175 where the labor organization participating or sponsoring the activity prohibited does not in fact represent a majority of the employees of such employer and an objective of such activity is to obtain recognition or designation as the exclusive collective bargaining representative of such employees.
