When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle in an
alley which lies within an area which is zoned as NR Neighborhood Retail Business
District, VC Village Center Business District, GC-1 General Commercial District, PCD-1
Planned Commercial Development District, PCD-2 Planned Commercial Development District,
or PCD-3 Planned Commercial Development District, under appendix A, the zoning ordinance
of the village. In all other instances, no person shall park a vehicle within an alley
in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet
of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic, and no person
shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within such alley in such position as to block
the driveway or walkway entrance to any abutting property.
