§ 16-88. Abatement by village.

It is lawful for the village to abate the nuisance provided for in section 16-86, and the owner, occupant or agent shall be charged with expenses which may be incurred by the village in the removal or abatement thereof, which expense shall be collected by the village by suit, or otherwise, in addition to the fine or penalty.
