§ 16-91. Excessive and unnecessary noise prohibited.

Making, continuing or causing to be made or continued any excessive and unnecessary loud and raucous sound or noise or any sound or noise which because of its volume level, duration or character annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, health, peace, repose or safety of reasonable persons of ordinary sensibilities within the limits of the village is prohibted.
