§ 20-1. Supervision of the public ways; Right-of-Way Permit required.

All public ways in the village, including, but not limited to, public streets, public alleys, public sidewalks, public rights-of-way, or any other public way, are under the supervision of the Director of Engineering and Public Works. The Village Engineer shall be responsible for the supervision, maintenance and repair of such public ways and the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
