§ 20-122. Permit required.

It is unlawful for any person to construct or maintain any driveway in or across any public sidewalk or parkway in the village unless a permit for such driveway has been issued and is in full force and effect. The Village Engineer shall issue driveway permits in accordance with the provisions of this article.
