§ 20-125. Revocation of permits.
The Village Engineer may at any time, on the Village Engineer s own initiative or on the basis of a complaint from any person having a reasonable interest in the permit, revoke any driveway permit then in effect. No permit shall be revoked until the Village Engineer has given the owner of the property affected ten days written notice of pendency of a revocation proceeding, with a written statement from the Village Engineer explaining the reasons for revocation. A person whose residence or place of business is within 250 feet of a driveway shall be deemed to have a reasonable interest in the permit therefor.
