§ 22-57. Commercial, institutional and multifamily solid waste and recycling collection.

Owners, lessees, and occupants, as the case may be, of commercial, industrial, institutional and multifamily properties in the village shall have their solid waste and recyclables collected by the village's solid waste franchise holder as provided in this section, unless they are specifically exempted from such requirement under section 22-61.
