§ 22-88. Bond.

Before obtaining the license required by this section the applicant shall execute a bond to the village in the penal sum of $1,000.00 with surety to be approved by the Board, conditioned that the licensee will comply with the provisions of this Code and all other ordinances of the village and will also comply with and obey the directions and regulations of the Village Manager or his agent made in pursuance of law.
