§ 22-89. Removal of recycled materials.

It shall be unlawful for any person not under contract with the village to remove any recycling container, or to remove any recyclable item, including, but not limited to, newspapers; aluminum or bimetal cans; glass bottles or plastic milk containers placed in or adjacent to village recycling containers.
