§ 22-162. Unlawful disposal waste.

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to introduce any Potentially Infectious Medical Waste ("PIMW") into any refuse collected by the village, or a contractor engaged by the village which provides refuse collection services pursuant to article III of this chapter.
