§ 24-101. Responsibility for agents and employees.

Every act or omission of whatever nature which constitutes a violation of the provisions of this section governing tobacco products by any officer, director, manager, agent or employee of the licensee shall be deemed and held to be the act of the licensee, and such act shall be punishable in the same manner as if such an act or omission had been committed or omitted by the licensee personally.
