§ 24-272. Permit exceptions.

(a)

No Film Production Permit shall be required for:

(1)

The recording of news events or news features;

(2)

Film production intended solely for personal use such as private events, weddings, reunions, and parties; or

(3)

Film production conducted by, or on behalf of, the village.

(b)

The Director of Community Development shall have the authority and discretion to waive or modify the permit requirements set forth herein.
