§ 24-350. Denial of permit.

  • (a)

    If the Chief of Police determines and finds that the applicant has not met one or more of the above conditions, the Chief of Police shall deny issuance of the permit and shall give written notification of such denial to the applicant. Such notice shall be delivered in person or by U.S. mail.

    (b)

    No permit shall be issued to any applicant who has unpaid fines, fees, or other financial obligations outstanding with the village. Any applicant having unpaid fines or other fees owed the village for any purpose shall bring those accounts current prior to the issuance of any permit required under this article.
