§ 24-456. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Applicant means the person or entity which applied for a Group Home License.

Group home means a group home as defined by appendix A of this Code (Wilmette Zoning Ordinance).

Group Home License means the license issued under this section for a group home.

Licensee means the person or entity to whom a valid and current Group Home License has been issued.
