§ 26-141. Obstructed meter or remote reading device.

In the event that a meter or remote reading device is situated in a location that is inaccessible or difficult to access, the Village Engineer shall notify the owner or consumer of such condition. If the condition is not remedied in a satisfactory manner within 15 days after receipt of the notice, the water will be shut off and remain shut off until the condition is remedied.
