§ 26-182. Wholesale water rates.

Rates for wholesale consumers receiving water from the water system of the village are established by contract. The term "wholesale consumer," within the meaning of this section, means:
(1)

Any individual, partnership, association or corporation who purchases water from the village for the purposes of resale;

(2)

The United States of America or any political subdivision or duly authorized governmental agency thereof;

(3)

The State or any political subdivision or duly authorized governmental agency thereof; or

(4)

Any local public entity.
