§ 2-71. Election; term; limitation.

  • The Board of Trustees consists of the President and six Trustees. The Trustees are elected to office for a term of four years and no more than three shall be elected to full terms at any one election. No person shall be elected to the office of Trustee for more than two full four-year terms. No person who has been elected and served for more than 25 months of an unexpired term shall be elected to the office of Trustee for more than one full four-year term. Any person who has been appointed to or acted as Trustee for less than 25 months may be elected to two full four-year terms.
