§ 2-280. Deposit of funds and records.

The Village Treasurer shall deposit funds of the village in such depositories designated by ordinance passed by the Village Board. He shall keep records showing the exact condition of all funds under his control. Such records shall show the source of all monies received and the fund into which received. All disbursements will be made from vouchers drawn by the Finance Department, showing the purpose for which the voucher is paid and the fund from which paid.
