§ 2-335. Office created; appointment.

There is hereby created the office of Director of Engineering and Public Works. The Director of Engineering and Public Works shall be appointed by the Village Manager for an indefinite term. No person shall be appointed to the office of Director of Engineering and Public Works unless such person is licensed under the Illinois Professional Engineering and Public Works Practice Act.
