Article XL. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT; DISASTERS AND EMERGENCY AUTHORITY |
§ 2-1127. Prohibited conduct during local disaster.
During the period when a local disaster has been declared, no person shall:
(1)
Enter or remain upon the premises of any establishment not open for business to the general public, unless such person is the owner, or authorized employee or agent of the establishment.
(2)
Violate any of the orders duly issued by the Village President, the EMA Coordinator or authorized personnel.
(3)
Willfully obstruct, hinder or delay any duly authorized peace officer in the enforcement of the provisions of this article, or any order or regulation issued under authority provided for in this article.
