§ 8-298. Spot survey approval.

The Director of Community Development shall be responsible for the issuance of spot survey approval. No spot survey approval shall be issued until the Director of Community Development has determined that the size of the structure and the setbacks to the structure are in conformance with the requirements of appendix A, the Zoning Ordinance.
