§ 8-297. Spot survey required.

Every contractor and/or developer building a new principal structure shall provide the Community Development Department with a spot survey of the foundation prior to framing the structure. The spot survey shall be prepared by a licensed surveyor and shall include the length of all foundation walls and setbacks from the walls, concrete window wells, and chimney footings to the lot lines. Further construction of the structure, including framing, shall not proceed until a spot survey has been submitted and approved.
